Booked a car on Happy Car and the insurance info was clearer than what I’ve seen on some other sites. I could tell what was included and what would cost extra before I paid, which was nice. Still had to read it a little carefully tho, but it wasn’t super confusing or anything. I’d give it 4 stars since a few parts could be worded a bit simpler.

I booked through happycar.com and it was straightforward. It didn’t take forever, and the filters were decent enough to find what I needed. The only annoying thing was that some prices changed once I clicked through, but I feel like that always happens with car rental sites anyway. In the end, I got the car booked without much hassle. Not a bad experience, just wish the pricing was a bit clearer from the start...

"Finally got it sorted"
It took longer than I would’ve liked and there was a bit of back and forth, which got annoying. But in the end, they did fix my issue, so I’m glad it’s finally dealt with.

I had to cancel my booking at the last minute, i was expecting it to be a hassle. Maybe I was overthinking it, but the whole process ended up being straightforward. The refund info was clear, and I got the confirmation email quickly. No annoying back and forth, which was a nice surprise.

I’m not totally sure if I just caught them at a bad time or what, but the provider felt kind of hit or miss. Sometimes things were fine, and other times they didn’t seem very reliable. Maybe my expectations were too high, but overall I couldn’t really count on them consistently.

"Drop-off was super easy tbh"
Had a really smooth drop-off with my rental booked through Happy Car. The guy checked the car super quick, no extra hassle and no weird charges lol. I was in a bit of a rush, so I was really glad it didn’t take long. Simple and stress-free overall, would def use them again.

"Such a relief when I needed help"
I wasn’t totally sure if I’d chosen the right pickup time for my booking, and I started to feel a bit stressed about it. I sent Happycar a message and was really relieved when they got back to me quickly.
The person who helped me was genuinely friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. There was no endless back and forth, and it all got sorted the same day. I was so happy and really grateful for the service...

Picked up the car yesterday it was painless. The rental desk was easy to spot, and the guy helping me went over the basics without turning it into a whole lecture (which I appreciated).
I think I waited around 10 minutes, maybe a little less, so no complaints there. They checked my booking, card, and license, then handed over the keys. The car was clean enough and had a full tank already (always a nice start).
My Happy Car booking went through with no issues at all, so overall I was happy with how it went. I’d use them again if the price is still decent next time.

I booked a car through Happy Car for a weekend trip, and I was a little nervous about getting hit with extra charges since that’s happened to me before on other sites. As far as I could tell, though, the price they showed upfront was the price I actually paid, which was a nice change.
Pickup was straightforward, and the voucher explained the fees clearly enough for me. I didn’t get pushed into any weird add-ons at the desk either. I guess there’s not a ton more to say, it just worked, and I’d probably use them again.

I needed a car quickly and was glad to see there were plenty of options available. I was able to find one without much waiting, and the whole experience felt easy and convenient.

I booked a car and everything in the confirmation email lined up perfectly, the dates, price, and pickup location were all correct. From my experience, it was nice not having any surprise changes pop up later. The whole process was straightforward and easy, which I really appreciated.
